The soft nougat is another of the classic Christmas nougat. Its smooth texture and toasted almond flavor make it an exquisite product.
The origin of the nougat is Muslim and dates back to the Middle Ages, the Spanish version was born in Alicante, hence being famous for the quality of its nougat.
When it comes to manufacturing, in the case of soft nougat the difficulty is to get the right cooking point, neither too hard nor too soft.
