Saint’s bones are a typical sweet of the All Saints Festival and also of Christmas. They are made with marzipan dough that is given a cylindrical shape and filled with yolk. At Dulces La Ponderosa we make these delicious saint bones following the same traditional recipe as our ancestors.
Individually wrapped and presented in a 500 gr bag. Also available in another format: 3 kg box .
Marzipan: Sugar, almond (35%), glucose and fructose syrup, preservative: E-200 and acidifier: E-330. Filler bud candied (25%): Sugar, egg , modified corn starch, acidity regulator: E-334, preservative: E-202, E-281 and natural colorants: E-120 and E-160b. May contain traces of gluten, peanuts and soy.
