Description

Our polvorones They are made from butter, sugar, flour and whole almonds. They are dusted with sugar, which gives it that characteristic white color. At Dulces La Ponderosa we always choose 100% Spanish almonds, being the raw material par excellence of our factory. We are committed to adding a higher percentage of whole alments in our polvorones, which together with our artisanal preparation in which we respect the recipes of our ancestors, make their texture soft on the palate.

Presentation

Wrapped by hand one by one in tissue paper, served in a 700 gr bag. Each polvorón has an approximate net weight of 45gr. Also available in 5 kg box .

Ingredients

Flour of wheat , sugar, Iberian lard (antioxidant: E-320), almond (15%), cinnamon, cloves and lemon aroma. May contain traces of peanut, sesame and sulphites .
