Glory cakes are rectangular marzipan cupcakes filled with candied yolk. Finally they are dusted with icing sugar. With a smooth texture and intense flavor, that is why they are called “de gloria”. At Dulces La Ponderosa we have been making this specialty in a traditional way since 1955. Don’t leave your table without this delicacy!
